Charles Vincent Hagood | President

Dr. Charles Hagood is a lifelong Nashville area native that after a few years as an engineer in the aerospace and automotive industry, became a serial entrepreneur, starting and growing a number of businesses over many years. Ultimately, Charles became President of Press Ganey Consulting in the Healthcare industry. Charles received his MBA from Belmont University and Ph.D. from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in Healthcare Services/Public Health. In 2013 Charles was voted a Healthcare Hero by the Nashville Business Journal. Charles has been a member and leader at Long Hollow Church for over 35 years and has served on the board of numerous nonprofit, charitable, and for-profit boards over the past 25 years. Charles and his wife of 37 years live on a farm in Sumner County and have three children and four grandchildren.

Jon Runion | Treasurer

Jon Runion was born in Charleston, SC, and raised in Detroit. He met his wife, Lindsey, at Welch College in 2006, and they have four children together. Jon continues to serve as a deacon at Long Hollow Church. He is a serial entrepreneur and continues to invest in Nashville real estate focusing on commercial and Multifamily redevelopment.

AJ Baggott | Active Board Member

AJ Baggott currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RJ Young, a leading office technology provider across the Southeast. AJ is a native of Hendersonville, Tennessee, where he has been a member at Long Hollow since he was eight years old. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lipscomb University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served as a board member and treasurer for Make-A-Wish of Middle Tennessee and is a Young Leaders Council graduate. He and his wife, Miranda, live in Hendersonville with their two boys, Aiden and Brady.

Mitch Abrams | Active Board Member

Mitch Abrams grew up in KY, where he met and married his high school sweetheart. Mitch has three kids and two grandchildren. Mitch attended the University of Miami. He’s a huge sports fan and season ticket holder to this day for Miami Hurricane football. Mitch has been an entrepreneur his entire life and launched, ran, and sold multiple businesses throughout his career. Mitch has lived in KY, FL, The Dominican Republic, and now TN. While living in the Dominican, he served on the mission field and ultimately started his 501c3, where he raised funds to build 2 schools and nourishment centers in Haiti that feed and educate over 500 kids daily. He also helped launch an orphanage in the Dominican that currently cares for eight orphaned children. Mitch currently owns and runs several small businesses based out of Gallatin, TN, that provide services in 38 states. Mitch primarily serves as CEO at Providence Consulting and Design. PC&D is a consulting firm that focuses on Senior Living. As someone who walked away from his faith as a teen and became an agnostic while struggling with many forms of addiction, Mitch is passionate about ministry and recovery as they both saved his life from a path of destruction.

Greg Tomlin | Active Board Member

Greg is a lifelong Nashville native who is a driven business owner. He has a business management degree and has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for changing lives through health and wellness, which led to him investing in many things, including an F45 gym in his local town of Gallatin. He has been married to his wife Amanda for 23 years, and they have three children. He is an active member of NorthField Church in Gallatin, where he volunteers, leads, and invests in the lives of others currently in the men’s ministry and through small groups. He has a passion for sharing the gospel and for making Christ the center of all of his endeavors.
